Individual talent development has an important place with us. We believe it is important that everyone who has that talent can develop at the highest level. We offer an intensive training program led by Irene Verburg and many guest teachers, inspiring musicians and other professionals. We do so in an environment where individual freedom and individuality are core values. In the delicate and vulnerable process of finding your own voice, you should not be hindered by judgments from outside or from within yourself. Self-confidence comes from personal growth and the mastery of vocal technique and musical skills. We build that self-confidence to dare to be vulnerable as a singer.
